Data controller
Priora (the "controller"), based in Denmark, is the data controller for personal data processed through this service. Contact: info@priora.dk.
Categories of personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), authentication tokens.
- Profile data: optional information you provide (date of birth, gender, occupation, income, etc.).
- Usage data: check-ins, goals, habits, reflections, AI coaching conversations.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, log data.
- Billing data: processed by Paddle — we receive subscription status, customer ID, and price information but never see your full card or payment details.
How we use your data
- To provide and personalize the coaching service.
- To process your subscription and prevent fraud.
- To improve Priora and develop new features.
- To send service-related communications (e.g. payment receipts, account notices).
Who we share data with
- Paddle.com Market Limited — payment processing and Merchant of Record. Receives your name, email, billing address, and subscription details.
- Supabase / Lovable Cloud — managed database and authentication infrastructure.
- AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, via the Lovable AI Gateway) — receive coaching prompts and your messages to generate responses.
- We never sell your personal data.
Encryption
Sensitive content (chat messages, session summaries, reflection text) is encrypted at rest with a key stored in our managed vault.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can permanently delete your entire account and all data from Settings → "Delete my account & all data". For any other requests, email info@priora.dk.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. After deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Billing records may be retained longer where required by law.
