    14-day money-back guarantee

    We want you to be happy with Priora. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase or renewal, for any reason.

    How to request a refund

    Email info@priora.dk from the email address associated with your account. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

    After 14 days

    After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from Settings — cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.

    Exceptions

    Refunds may be granted outside the 14-day window for clear technical issues that prevented you from using the service, at our discretion.
