    Each morning Priora asks for a few sliders — mood, energy, stress, sleep — and a sentence or two if you have one. Each evening it asks how the day actually went. Together that takes about four minutes. That is the entire daily commitment.

    From those check-ins Priora builds a moving picture of how each domain of your life is trending: not as a chart you are forced to look at, but as context the coaches use when they talk to you.

    Open the app and you do not see twenty things to do. You see one. The single move that — given everything Priora knows about your goals, your week, and the domain most quietly drifting — would matter most today. Below it, up to three smaller moves. That is it.

    Nine domains, ten coaches, one shared memory

    Health, food and diet, career, finances, partner, friends, fun, community, and spirituality — the parts most apps quietly ignore are first-class here. Each domain has a specialist coach with its own voice and frameworks, plus an integrating coach that holds the whole picture.

    Crucially, the coaches share memory. The career coach knows what your health coach has been working on. Your context follows you everywhere.

    Conversations do not drift into vibes. Each session ends with a real next step — small enough to actually do, written down, and waiting for you tomorrow. Priora tracks what you said you would do, and gently surfaces it when it matters.

    Nutrition and weight, quietly tracked

    For the food and health domains, Priora includes a low-friction nutrition log — snap a photo of your plate or type a quick note, and it estimates calories and macros for you. Weight entries plot a trend line, and if you set a target weight and date, Priora derives a safe daily calorie range and shows an optimum trajectory alongside your actual progress.

    It is a side instrument, not the main act — there when you want it, invisible when you do not.

    Privacy by design

    Sensitive content — chat messages, reflections, journal entries — is encrypted at rest with a key in a managed vault. You can permanently delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.
